I. Safety Policy Declaration
Safety Policy
  • The top management and employees recognize that safety is the top priority in any situation.
  • The top management and employees strictly comply with established laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • The top management must have a sense of responsibility to form a positive safety and security culture, and employees maintain and develop a safety culture according to the safety policy.
  • The top management is responsible for providing and allocating the human and material resources necessary to achieve safety policy and safety/security goals.
  • The top management and executives continuously improve and monitor safety performance and safety indicators to achieve safety/security goals, and employees participate in improving safety performance.
  • The top management and employees recognize that identifying and improving hazards found or predicted in the field is a basic principle of safety.
  • The top management and employees periodically analyze operational results, take improvement measures for operational performance development, and review their effectiveness.
  • Employees report hazards or problems found through the in-house reporting system.
  • The company encourages voluntary reporting by employees, provides fair and appropriate protection to reporters, and operates a separate non-punitive safety reporting system for anonymous submissions.
  • The company applies a non-punitive principle to all reports received through the in-house reporting system. However, exceptions are made for intentional disregard or violation of established policies and procedures.

II. Occupational Safety and Health Management Policy
The top priority in corporate management is safety, and all employees establish and implement the following policies to ensure the safety and health of workers through the implementation of industrial accident prevention activities.

Ⅲ. Industrial Safety and Health System
1. Safety and Health Management Organization
  • Safety and health manager: Appoint the head of the directly managed office as the safety and health manager, who is entrusted with and comprehensively manages all safety and health tasks of the company.
  • Supervisors: Appoint department heads for each department to directly command and supervise the relevant business and its affiliated employees.
2. Risk Assessment
    Risk assessment system identifies and evaluates harmful and hazardous factors that could lead to injury or illness, establishes and implements measures to mitigate them to an acceptable level. LaundryWing applies all safety and health activities to the risk assessment system and makes improvements to create a safe working environment.
    In accordance with Article 36 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, LaundryWing conducts regular risk assessments once a year, and also conducts occasional assessments in the event of industrial accidents, secondary accidents, or when harmful/hazardous factors are identified during safety and health activities.
    To ensure smooth execution of risk assessments, safety and health managers and supervisors conduct on-site management and monitoring, and check the implementation of improvements through monthly inspections.
3. Win-Win Program for Workers Including Partner Companies
Program Content Operation Cycle
Industrial Safety and Health Committee A program where labor and management are equally represented to discuss and decide on workers' grievances, safety, and health promotion to create a pleasant and safe workplace. Quarterly
Safety and Health Council with Partner Companies A program aimed at win-win growth by communicating and supporting the issues (suggestions) of partner companies through discussions on the grievances, safety, and health-related support, and improvement of business operation procedures of workers of partner companies. Monthly
Joint Inspections with Partner Companies A program where workers of partner companies (including subcontractors) directly tour all business sites to identify and improve harmful and hazardous factors related to safety and health in the workplace. Quarterly
Occasional Risk Assessment A program where risks are assessed and improvement measures are implemented in conjunction with workers for harmful and hazardous factors identified through on-site guidance, unannounced inspections, and self-reporting systems, including the business sites of partner companies. 4. Safety and Health Education
    Safety and health managers receive initial safety and health management training, and refresher training is provided every two years.
    Regular safety and health training is conducted quarterly for all employees, and special training is provided for maintenance workers handling hazardous chemicals and other risky tasks.
    To ensure smooth execution of risk assessments, safety and health managers and supervisors conduct on-site management and monitoring, and check the implementation of improvements through monthly inspections.
    Additionally, efforts are made to provide education and content for preventing health hazards of workers, including customer service workers of partner companies.
Ⅳ. Consumer/Customer Safety Regulations
1. The company always maintains cleanliness in the store for customer safety.
2. Dry cleaning items are managed to ensure that solvents are completely dried and recovered using dedicated recovery dryers, leaving no residue.
3. As electricity and heat are essential elements for washing, utmost care is taken for electrical and thermal safety.
4. Instructions are provided to prohibit the handling of laundry items with a risk of ignition (fire hazard) in the coin laundry store.
5. The pockets of laundry items are thoroughly checked to remove flammable materials before washing and drying.
6. Precautions for using coin washing machines and warnings about customer safety are provided.
7. Immediate action is taken in case of mechanical problems when customers use the coin washing machines.
8. Instructions are provided to prohibit the handling of laundry items with a risk of ignition (fire hazard) in the coin laundry store.
9. Franchise stores do not accept or wash laundry items used by pets or hospitals due to hygiene and health concerns for customers.
10. Washing machines and dryers are not used in excess of the appropriate amount.
