1. Spam Management Policy
According to Article 50 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (the Network Act), all mobile phone spam messages are fundamentally prohibited from being sent.
2. Glossary
- Spam: Commercial advertising information that is unilaterally sent or posted via an information and communications network despite the user’s unwillingness.
- Illegal Spam: Commercial advertising information that is sent or posted in violation of the [Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.].
- Spam SMS: SMS sent to customers who have not agreed to receive it in advance and all advertising SMS sent at night (9 p.m. to 8 p.m.)
- Opt-in: A method in which advertising SMS can only be sent to customers who have agreed to receive it in advance
3. LaundryWing Spam Management
- LaundryWing's SMS text messages are sent only for the purpose of notifying customers of the arrival of laundry and promoting company events and activities.
- LaundryWing does not send SMS text messages for any other purpose than the above.
- LaundryWing does not send any SMS text messages during nighttime hours (9 PM to 8 AM).
- LaundryWing will obtain customers' consent to receive SMS text messages. (Implemented from May 2009)
4. Request to Opt-out of SMS Text Messages
- LaundryWing will no longer send SMS text messages to customers who opt out.

- Opt-out method: Call 080-745-0061 and click 1 when prompted.
