Pickup & Delivery Terms of Use
Purpose
These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between users and the company regarding the use of the pickup and delivery service provided by LaundryWing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'LaundryWing').
Definitions of Terms
① The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.
1) 'Customer' refers to any user who uses LaundryWing's pickup and delivery service.
2) 'Pickup and Delivery Service' refers to a service in which, when a customer applies for pickup and delivery through the LaundryWing customer app, a specialized delivery company or franchisee entrusted with the pickup and delivery task collects the laundry from the location requested by the customer and delivers it to the franchise store that received the pickup and delivery request, and after the laundry is completed, the specialized delivery company or franchisee delivers it to the location designated by the customer.
3) 'Pickup and Delivery Laundry' refers to laundry to which the service applies according to paragraph 2 of this article.
4) 'LaundryWing Customer App' refers to an online mobile service developed to allow customers to use major services such as pickup and delivery, Black Label, clothing storage, and coin wash.
5) 'Specialized Delivery Company' refers to a company that, through B2B partnership with LaundryWing headquarters, acts as an agent for the delivery of customers' pickup and delivery laundry.
6) 'Pickup and Delivery Request' refers to the act of the customer confirming the information of the pickup and delivery laundry and delivery information and finally requesting LaundryWing to deliver the pickup and delivery laundry.
② The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions, except as provided in paragraph 1 of this article, shall be governed by relevant laws and service policies. Matters not defined by relevant laws and service policies shall be governed by general commercial practices.
Specification and Amendment of Terms
① These terms and conditions take effect by being posted online through the website operated by LaundryWing (http://www.LaundryWing.com). Users who agree to these terms and use the 'Pickup and Delivery Service' provided by the company are subject to the terms from the time they agree.
② LaundryWing may change these terms and conditions if deemed necessary. If the terms are changed, LaundryWing will specify the contents and effective date of the changed terms and post them online on the website at least 7 days before the effective date, and if the changes are disadvantageous to the customer's rights and obligations, they will be posted online on the website at least 30 days before the effective date. The changed terms take effect from the effective date announced or notified.
③ If the customer does not agree to the changed terms, they may stop using the service before the effective date of the terms, and if no separate objection is raised, it is considered that the customer has agreed to the revised terms. LaundryWing is not responsible for any loss to the customer caused by not knowing the changed terms.
④ Matters not specified in these terms and the interpretation of these terms shall be governed by the [Consumer Protection Act], [Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions], [Standard Terms and Conditions for Laundry Business] set by the Fair Trade Commission, [Consumer Protection Guidelines in Electronic Commerce], and relevant laws or commercial practices.
Service Usage Procedure
Customers follow the procedure below to use the 'Pickup and Delivery Service'.
1) Install and sign up for the LaundryWing customer app and express your intention to use the 'Pickup and Delivery Service'.
2) Agree to the terms of use and verify your mobile phone through the LaundryWing customer app, and register your own available credit card.
3) Select the franchise store to entrust with the pickup and delivery service and the desired pickup date/time.
4) Register the address where the pickup and delivery laundry will be received through the LaundryWing app.
5) Before delivery, check the payment information and pickup and delivery laundry information through the LaundryWing app or delivery notification text message.
6) Receive the pickup and delivery laundry through a specialized delivery company or franchisee. (Black Label laundry is delivered separately from general storage items.)
Service Items
① When the means of transportation for delivery through a specialized delivery company is a two-wheeled vehicle, the criteria for not being able to use the pickup and delivery service are as follows. (When selecting a franchise using a two-wheeled vehicle as a means of transportation in the app, a separate notice is provided to inform you of precautions when applying for pickup.)

A. Volume Criteria - Laundry up to 80 liters can be requested - Example: Up to 4-5 winter coats B. Weight Criteria 8kg-10kg or less (applied according to the delivery partner's transportation standards) C. Laundry Not Eligible for Pickup & Delivery Service 1) Large bedding (toppers), carpets (large), curtains (for living room) 2) Everyday laundry, clothing storage service 3) Short-term delivery service (e.g., express, super express) 4) Other laundry items that cannot be loaded on a motorcycle due to volume or weight |
② In addition, if it is determined that laundry is unsuitable for washing during pre-inspection at the franchise before receipt or before washing, the use of the pickup and delivery service may be restricted.
Service Period
① The washing and delivery period of the pickup and delivery service may vary depending on the laundry items and service selected by the customer.
② The customer can select the pickup application date/time, but the delivery date/time cannot be specified separately as delivery is made sequentially after washing is completed.
Service Usage Fees
① Payment for the pickup and delivery service can be made by credit card registered in the app, SMS card payment, or bank transfer.
② Delivery fees may vary depending on the address and franchise registered by the customer.
③ No stamps are accumulated for the payment amount of the pickup and delivery service.
④ Discounts are applied based on the pickup date.
⑤ Additional charges may apply for contaminated or luxury laundry, etc.
Service Claims
① Defects or issues with pickup and delivery laundry must be reported to the receiving store or our customer center (1577-4560) within 7 business days from the date of receipt.
② Compensation standards for laundry fees for pickup and delivery service, including loss, are in accordance with the 'Standard Terms and Conditions for Laundry Business'.
③ In case of dissatisfaction with laundry quality, LaundryWing may rewash the item once.
④ Rewash requests can be made through the franchise store where the pickup and delivery service was first received, and if the original store is closed or there are unavoidable reasons such as the customer's move, please contact our customer center (1577-4560).
⑤ LaundryWing may refuse to rewash in the following cases.
1) If the laundry tag issued at the time of receipt is removed
2) If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the pickup and delivery laundry
3) If the laundry received by pickup and delivery and the laundry requested for rewash are different
4) If there is no information that the laundry used LaundryWing's pickup and delivery service
5) If the customer arbitrarily wears, washes, or repairs the item before requesting a rewash
⑥ The pickup and delivery service is delivered directly by the franchise or a specialized delivery company, so slight wrinkles or creases may occur due to packaging. LaundryWing cannot re-iron wrinkles or creases that occur during delivery.
Company Disclaimer
① LaundryWing is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by inaccurate information (contact information, address, etc.) entered by the customer in relation to delivery.
② If there are no separate requests confirmed in the app or at the franchise, LaundryWing is not responsible for any disadvantages that occur after the laundry is delivered.
Extinction of Liability
Even if it is a case of compensation for damages due to LaundryWing's clear fault, LaundryWing's liability is extinguished if the customer does not raise the issue of damages by phone or through the LaundryWing website within 7 days from the date the customer receives the item.
Entrustment of Delivery Work
LaundryWing may entrust the delivery work for pickup and delivery laundry to an external company. In this case, LaundryWing must supervise the entrusted company to ensure that clothes are not damaged during delivery work.
Personal Information Protection
① LaundryWing collects only the minimum personal information necessary for the use of the pickup and delivery service by lawful and fair means.
② For details on the company's personal information protection policy, please refer to the 'Privacy Policy'.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
① These terms and conditions are governed by Korean law.
② Lawsuits regarding disputes between LaundryWing and customers shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
