A/S Procedure
01 Service Dissatisfaction Receipt Please submit your laundry and dissatisfaction details to the store you used.
02 Regional Customer Center Receipt Your laundry will be received at the care center in the region of the store you submitted to.
03 Reprocessing, A/S Progress The care center will do its best to handle it through re-washing or reprocessing.
04 Laundry Delivery Your laundry will be delivered to you through the franchise you submitted to.

* According to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards, if a problem occurs due to laundry, restoration to the original state is the principle.

If restoration to the original state of the laundry is difficult or you are not satisfied with the reprocessing Through the review of consumer organizations or the Korea Consumer Agency, we identify the objective cause and handle it to the best of our ability according to the Fair Trade Commission's
announcement on 'Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards'.

Examples of Review Results

  • Manufacturer's fault: If the cause is a defect in the original material or an error in the washing method label
  • Consumer's fault: If the cause is due to aging, carelessness in storage or wearing, etc.
  • Laundry fault: If the cause is due to incorrect washing method or carelessness during the washing process
Manufacturer Exchange/Refund
If you bring the review result to the manufacturer or place of purchase, you can receive an exchange/refund.
Compensation Not Possible
Please note that compensation is not possible for consumer's fault.
Compensation Processing
We will process compensation promptly according to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards.
