LaundryWing Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions are intended to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users of the Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided on the website (hereinafter referred to as “Site”) operated by LaundryWing (an e-commerce business operator).

Article 2 (Definitions)
① “Site” refers to a virtual business establishment established by LaundryWing to provide certain services to users by using information and communication equipment such as computers, and is also used to refer to the business operator that operates the site.
② “User” refers to members and non-members who access the “Site” and receive services provided by the “Site” in accordance with these terms and conditions.
③ “Member” refers to a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the “Site”, continuously receives information from the “Site”, and can continuously use the services provided by the “Site”.
④ 'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the services provided by the "Site" without registering as a member.

Article 3 (Specification and revision of terms and conditions)
① The "Site" posts the contents of these terms and conditions, the company name, business location, representative's name, business registration number, contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.), etc. on the service screen so that users can see them.
② The "Site" may revise these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Electronic Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc., the Door-to-Door Sales Act, the Consumer Protection Act, etc.
③ When the "Site" revises the terms and conditions, it shall specify the date of application and the reason for revision and post a notice on the initial screen of the "Site" along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days prior to the date of application until the day before the date of application.
④ If the "Site" revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions will only apply to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the terms and conditions prior to the revision will remain applicable to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract wishes to be subject to the revised terms and conditions and sends a notice to the "Site" within the notice period for the revised terms and conditions pursuant to Paragraph 3 and receives the "Site's" consent, the revised terms and conditions will apply.
⑤ Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Guidelines and related laws and regulations or customary practices established by the government.

Article 4 (Establishment of Service Use Agreement)
① The service use agreement of the "Site" is established when the user expresses his/her intention to agree to these Terms and Conditions and applies for membership and the "Site" approves the application for use.
② If the user wishes to register as a member and use the site's services, the user must provide the personal information requested by the site.
③ If the site approves the user's application for use of the site's services, the site shall notify the user of the member ID and other information that the site deems necessary.
④ The site shall not approve the application for use of services that fall under any of the following items.
a. When applying using another person's name
b. When not applying under the user's real name
c. When the contents of the service use agreement application form are falsely stated
A. When the application is made for the purpose of disturbing the peace and order of society or public morals
B. When it is difficult to approve use due to other reasons attributable to the applicant

Article 6 (Service Use and Restrictions)
① The use of the site's services is in principle 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical issues on the site.
② The site may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of regular inspection, maintenance, replacement, breakdown, or communication interruption of the information and communication system. .
③ In the event of a service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 2, the site shall notify the member in the manner set forth in Article 13. However, this shall not apply in cases where prior notice is not possible due to service interruption caused by reasons beyond the control of the site.
④ The services provided by the site are basically free of charge. However, for information that is separately stated to be paid, you must pay the fee stated in the information to use it.
⑤ Members may not use the information obtained by using the "Site" for profit-making purposes or allow third parties to use it by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or using any other method without the prior consent of the "Site."
⑥ The "Site" shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of services for which the service fee is free.

Article 7 (Service Interruption)
① The "Site" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or malfunction of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication.
② In the event of a service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 1, the "Site" shall notify the user in the manner specified.

Article 8 (Membership Registration)
① Users apply for membership by filling out the membership information in the registration form specified by the "Site" and expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions.
② The "Site" registers as a member users who have applied for membership in accordance with Paragraph 1, unless they fall under any of the following:
1. If the applicant has previously lost membership qualifications in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions, however, this does not apply if 3 years have passed since the loss of membership qualifications in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 3 and the "Site" has approved the re-registration of membership.
2. If there are any false, omitted, or incorrect entries in the registration information
3. If it is determined that registering as a member significantly interferes with the technology of the "Site" in other ways
③ The time of establishment of the membership contract is when the "Site"'s approval reaches the member.
④ If there is a change in the registration information in accordance with Article 15, Paragraph 1, the member must immediately notify the "Site" of the change by e-mail or other means.

Article 9 (Withdrawal of membership and loss of qualifications, etc.)
① Members may request withdrawal from the "Site" at any time, and the "Site" will immediately process the withdrawal.
② If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the "Site" may restrict or suspend membership.
1. If false information is registered when applying for membership
2. If the use of the "Site" by others is interfered with or information is stolen, threatening the electronic transaction order
3. If the "Site" is used to commit acts prohibited by laws and these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals
③ If the "Site" restricts or suspends membership and the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the "Site" may revoke the membership.
④ If the "Site" revoke the membership, the membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the member will be notified and given an opportunity to explain before the membership is cancelled.

Article 10 (Notice to Members)
① When the "Site" notifies a member, it may do so via the e-mail address submitted by the member to the "Site".
② In the case of notice to an unspecified number of members, the "Site" may substitute individual notice by posting on the "Mall" bulletin board for more than one week.

Article 11 (Application for Services)
Users of the "Site" apply for services by the method determined and announced by the "Site" on the "Site".

Article 12 (Protection of Personal Information)
① When collecting user information, the "Site" collects the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill the purchase contract.
The following items are mandatory, and other items are optional.

5. Desired ID (for members)
6. Password (for members)
② When the "Site" collects personal information that can personally identify a user, it must obtain the consent of the user in question.
③ The personal information provided cannot be used for purposes other than the intended purpose or provided to a third party without the consent of the user in question, and the "Site" assumes all responsibility for this. However, the following cases are exceptions:
1. When the "Site" provides the minimum user information (name, address, phone number) necessary for the implementation of the service provided
2. When necessary for compiling statistics, conducting academic research, or conducting market research, and providing it in a form that does not allow the identification of specific individuals
④ When the "Site" must obtain the user's consent pursuant to Paragraphs 2 and 3, the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliation, name, phone number, and other contact information), the purpose of collecting and using information, matters related to the provision of information to third parties (recipient, purpose of provision, and content of information to be provided), etc. as stipulated in Article 16, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, etc. must be specified or notified in advance, and the user may withdraw this consent at any time.
⑤ The user may request to view or correct errors in his/her personal information held by the "Site" at any time, and the "Site" is obligated to take necessary measures without delay. If a user requests correction of an error, the "Site" will not use the relevant personal information until the error is corrected.
⑥ The "Site" or a third party that has received personal information from it will destroy the relevant personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting or providing the personal information has been achieved.

Article 13 (Obligations of the "Site")
① The "Site" shall not engage in any acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
② The "Site" shall have a security system to protect the personal information (including credit information) of users so that users can safely use the Internet service.
④ The "Site" shall not send unsolicited commercial e-mails.

Article 14 (Obligations regarding member ID and password)
① Except for the case of Article 15, the member is responsible for managing the ID and password.
② Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.
③ If a member becomes aware that his or her ID and password have been stolen or is being used by a third party, he or she must immediately notify the “Site” and follow the “Site”’s instructions, if any.

Article 15 (User Obligations)
Users must not perform the following actions:
1. Registering false information when applying or changing
2. Changing information posted on the "Site"
3. Transmitting or posting information (computer programs, etc.) other than information specified by the "Site"
4. Infringing on the intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, of the "Site" or other third parties
5. Acts that damage the reputation or interfere with the business of the "Site" or other third parties
6. Acts of disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information that violates public order and morals on the "Site"

Article 16 (Attribution of Copyright and Restrictions on Use)
① Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by the "Site" belong to the "Site".
② Users may not use the information obtained by using the "Site" for profit-making purposes or allow third parties to use it by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the prior consent of the "Site."

Article 17 (Dispute Resolution)
① The "Site" will give priority to complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the user will be notified immediately of the reason and processing schedule.
② Disputes arising between the "Site" and users may be subject to the mediation of the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee established pursuant to Article 28 of the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce and Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree thereof.

Article 18 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
① Any lawsuit regarding an electronic commerce dispute arising between the "Site" and users shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
② These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Korean law.
