Terms of Use
- Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the company (LaundryWing, the e-commerce business operator) regarding the use of internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by this website (hereinafter referred to as "site").
- Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Site" refers to the virtual business place set up by LaundryWing to provide services to users by using computer and other information and communication facilities, and also means the operator of the site.
2. "User" refers to members and non-members who access the site and receive the services provided by the site in accordance with these terms and conditions.
3. "Member" refers to a person who provides personal information to the site and registers as a member, continuously receives information from the site, and can continuously use the services provided by the site.
4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the site without registering as a member.
- Article 3 (Specification and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

1. The site posts the contents of these terms and conditions, company name, representative's name, business registration number, contact information (telephone, fax, e-mail address, etc.) on the initial service screen so that users can know.
2. The site may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
3. If the site amends the terms and conditions, it shall specify the date of application and the reason for amendment and notify it together with the current terms and conditions on the initial screen of the site from 7 days before the date of application to the day before the date of application.
4. If the site amends the terms and conditions, the amended terms and conditions shall apply only to contracts concluded after the effective date, and the terms and conditions before the amendment shall apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, if a user who has already entered into a contract sends a wish to be subject to the amended terms and conditions to the site within the notice period of the amended terms and conditions and obtains the site's consent, the amended terms and conditions shall apply.
5. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions and the interpretation of these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce, the Digital Signature Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and other relevant laws or commercial practices.
- Article 4 (Establishment of Service Use Contract)

1. The service use contract of the site is established by the user's expression of intention to agree to these terms and conditions and the application for service use for membership registration, and the site's acceptance of this.
2. If a user wants to use the site's services by becoming a member, the user must provide personal information requested by the site.
3. When the site accepts the user's application for service use, the site notifies the user of the member ID and other necessary information.
4. The site does not accept the application for service use in the following cases:
a. When applying with another person's name
b. When not applying with one's real name
c. When the application form for service use contains false information
d. When the application is for the purpose of undermining public order and morals
e. Other cases where acceptance of the application is difficult due to the user's fault
- Article 5 (Service Use and Restriction)

1. The use of the site's services is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there is a special obstacle in the site's business or technology.
2. In the event of regular inspection, maintenance, replacement, failure, or communication interruption of the information and communication system, the site may temporarily suspend the provision of the service.
3. In the case of suspension of service provision due to the above reasons, the site will notify the members in accordance with Article 13. However, if prior notice is not possible due to reasons beyond the site's control, this does not apply.
4. The services provided by the site are basically free of charge. However, for information specifically stated as paid, the fees specified therein must be paid for use.
5. Members may not use the information obtained by using the site for commercial purposes, such as reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or allowing a third party to use it, without the prior consent of the site.
6. The site is not responsible for any damages incurred by the user in connection with the use of services that are free of charge.
- Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

1. The site may temporarily suspend the provision of the service in the event of maintenance, replacement, failure of the information and communication facilities, or communication interruption.
2. In the case of suspension of service provision as above, the site will notify the user in the manner determined by the site.
- Article 7 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership by filling out the membership information according to the form set by the site and expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The site registers as a member those who applied for membership as above, except for those who fall under the following subparagraphs:
a. Those who have lost their membership qualification due to Article 7 (3) of these terms and conditions
b. Those with false, missing, or erroneous registration details
c. Those whose registration as a member is deemed technically difficult by the site
3. The membership registration contract is established when the site's acceptance reaches the member.
4. If there is any change in the registration details according to Article 15 (1), the member must immediately inform the site of the changes by e-mail or other means.
- Article 8 (Withdrawal from Membership and Loss of Qualification)

1. Members can request withdrawal from membership at any time, and the site will immediately process the withdrawal.
2. The site can restrict or suspend membership qualification in the following cases:
a. If false information is registered at the time of application or change
b. If it interferes with or steals the information of other users
c. If it acts against the law or these terms and conditions, or against public order and morals
3. If the same act is repeated twice or more after the restriction or suspension of membership qualification, or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the site can revoke the membership qualification.
4. If the site revokes the membership qualification, it will delete the member registration and notify the member, providing an opportunity to explain before deletion.
- Article 9 (Notification to Members)

1. When the site notifies a member, it can be done via the e-mail address submitted by the member to the site.
2. In the case of notification to a large number of unspecified members, the site can substitute individual notification by posting on the site for more than a week.
- Article 10 (Application for Service)

The users of the site apply for the service in the manner prescribed and announced by the site.
- Article 11 (Personal Information Protection)

1. The site collects the minimum necessary information for the fulfillment of the purchase contract when collecting user information.
The following information is mandatory, and other information is optional.
a. Name
b. Date of birth (for members)
c. Address
d. Phone number
e. Desired ID (for members)
f. Password (for members)
2. When the site collects personally identifiable information from users, it must obtain the user's consent.
3. The provided personal information cannot be used for purposes other than those agreed upon or provided to third parties without the user's consent, and the site is fully responsible for this. However, the following cases are exceptions:
a. When providing the minimum necessary information (name, address, phone number) for the implementation of the service provided by the site
b. When providing in a form that does not allow identification of specific individuals for statistical purposes, academic research, or market research
4. When the site needs to obtain the user's consent as per paragraphs 2 and 3, it must specify or notify the identity of the personal information manager (affiliation, name, and contact information), the purpose of collecting and using information, and the details of information provision to third parties (recipient, purpose of provision, and content of information to be provided) as stipulated in Article 16 (3) of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the user can withdraw this consent at any time.
5. Users can request access to and correction of their personal information held by the site at any time, and the site is obliged to take necessary measures without delay. If a user requests correction of an error, the site does not use the personal information until the error is corrected.
6. The site or a third party who received personal information from the site must destroy the personal information without delay when the purpose of collection or provision is achieved.
- Article 12 (Obligations of the Site)

1. The site does not engage in any acts prohibited by laws and these terms and conditions or acts against public order and morals, and strives to provide services continuously and stably as stipulated in these terms and conditions.
2. The site must have a security system to protect the user's personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the internet service safely.
3. The site does not send unsolicited commercial electronic mail that the user does not want.
- Article 13 (Member's ID and Password Obligations)

1. Except for the case of Article 15, the management responsibility of the ID and password lies with the member.
2. Members must not allow their ID and password to be used by third parties.
3. If a member's ID and password are stolen or used by a third party, the member must immediately notify the site and follow the site's instructions.
- Article 14 (User's Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following acts:
1. Registration of false or misleading information
2. Change of information posted on the site
3. Transmission or posting of information other than that designated by the site (such as computer programs)
4. Infringement of the site's or third parties' copyrights or other intellectual property rights
5. Acts that damage the site's or third parties' reputation or interfere with their business
6. Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent messages, images, voices, or other information that goes against public order and morals on the site
- Article 15 (Copyright and Limitation of Use)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights to the works created by the site belong to the site.
2. Users must not use the information obtained by using the site for commercial purposes, such as reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or allowing a third party to use it, without the prior consent of the site.
- Article 16 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The site gives priority to processing complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if swift processing is difficult, the site will immediately notify the user of the reason and processing schedule.
2. Disputes arising between the site and users can be settled by the mediation of the Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee established under Article 28 of the Framework Act on Electronic Commerce and Article 15 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.
- Article 17 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

1. Lawsuits related to electronic transaction disputes between the site and users are filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Korean law applies as the governing law for these terms and conditions.
