The Smart Unmanned Laundry Box is available 24/7, 365 days a year, allowing you to drop off and pick up your laundry at your convenience. Card payment is available.

However, not all stores are equipped with this system. Please check the section on our website to see which stores have it installed before use.

How to use the Smart Unmanned Laundry Box:

After you drop off your laundry, the store staff will check and send you a confirmation message. Once the laundry is done, you will receive a completion message.

After receiving the message, simply pay by card at the unmanned box and pick up your laundry.

A The receipt is necessary for the quick and accurate return of your laundry. If you have lost the receipt, please visit the store with the arrival message and fill out the laundry return confirmation form available at the store.
We recommend using the LaundryWing app for real-time tracking of your laundry status, which eliminates the need to keep a physical receipt.

It takes 3 nights and 4 days on business days.

However, during the peak season in April and May, the pickup date may be delayed.

For leather or fur, it usually takes about 10 to 15 days (20 to 40 days in peak season), and it may take longer depending on the type of product or manual work involved.

The standard laundry service at LaundryWing takes 3 nights and 4 days. However, with the Express service, you can receive your laundry faster.

Express 1 is a same-day service where you can drop off your laundry in the morning and pick it up in the evening.

Express 2 allows you to drop off your laundry and pick it up by the next evening, and Express 3 is available for pickup within 2 nights and 3 days.

Please note that these services may not be available at all locations or for all types of laundry. Contact the store in advance if you wish to use this service.다.

Laundry is collected from nearby stores by about 130 branches nationwide, washed, and then delivered back to the stores.

However, for special materials like leather, fur, natural uggs, and high-end luxury clothing, bags, and shoes, they are all collected by the headquarters and cleaned through the Black Center.

A Laundry experts determine the appropriate cleaning method, either dry cleaning or water washing, based on the fabric, processing state, degree of soiling, care label, etc. If you specifically request dry cleaning, please inform us at the time of laundry drop-off. If there is a discrepancy between the care label and your requested cleaning method, a separate 'Dry Cleaning Request Form' must be filled out.
