LaundryWing continuously provides various support and reward systems for stable store operation and high-quality customer satisfaction after startup.
  • Sales Improvement Meeting
    • Meetings for sales activation and improvement of stores opened for 3 months
    • Meetings for business improvement of franchise stores under the jurisdiction of each branch
  • Store Relocation Cost Support
    We support a part of the store relocation cost when relocating the store for a better business location.
    (Example: Moving from basement to 1st floor)

  • Card Fee Support
    We support 50% of the card fee incurred when receiving laundry.

  • Marketing Support
    • Promotion and event support. (Gifts, posters, various POPs, etc.)
      - The marketing costs for event promotional materials and gifts implemented by the headquarters are 100% borne by the headquarters and branches. (If additional orders are made, the franchisee will bear the cost)
    • After selecting franchisees who need sales support, we provide support for sales activation activities (flyer distribution, gift presentation, SMS sending, etc.)

  • Sales Manager Support
    • On the opening day, the headquarters' sales manager will support the site, helping you to start 운영 with peace of mind.
    • Within a week of the store opening, we will check the operational problems through a re-inspection and check the improvement points to help stabilize the store's sales.
  • Substitute Personnel Support System
    LaundryWing operates a pool of personnel with store operation experience, so in case the franchisee is unable to operate the store for a certain period due to unavoidable circumstances, we provide substitute personnel.
